S6 – 6 Module Solution

Low Profile 1U Height

The S6′s Low Profile allows 1,440 points while only taking up 1U rack space.

Horizontal layout maximizes the module positions and minimizes

the required rack space.

Tabletop Configuration

The tabletop configuration allows  the S6 and G12 to be mounted to any horizontal surface.

Rear covers are available to protect wiring from the receiver to the test equipment.

Positive-lock Latching Mechanisms

Locking latches enable secure engagement.

Guide pins guarantee consistent lead-in with every connection.

Each lever provides 2 points of contact for even engagement distribution.

Slide Configuration

The Slide Kits for teh S6 and G12 allow access to test instrumentation and wiring.

Multiple Accessories are available for this configuration such as the Cable Tray and the Keyboard Tray Kit.

S6 Skeeter™ Slide Configuration with Accessories

For maximum versatility and easy access to instrument-side wiring and cable assemblies, VPC offers

a selection of slide kits designed to fit most common rack depths. Slides are rated to support 180 Ibs

(81 kg) to accommodate even the largest fixtures. Measure the rack depth between mounting rails and

choose the slide kit that fits the rack. A rack extender kit is available for mounting to racks with

recessed rails.

S6 Skeeter™ Confuguration without Platform

The standard S6 Receiver is a stand alone tabletop unit that can be mounted directly to any horizontal

surface utilizing the holes on the underside of the Receiver. Alternatively, the S6 (Part # 310 122 101)

comes with a 15″ platform that has four rubber feet so the system can safely sit on top of any surface.

The feet are removable to enable a permanent tabletop mount configuration. Both S6 Skeeter Receivers

offer a versatile, economical platform for a variety of test applications.
