CASS Interface Devices

ID Frames (also called Interchangeable Test Adapter or ITA’s) are used in a number of applications to accomplish the required connection to

the Unit Under Tester (UUT). They can be wired to UUT Adapter Cables (through the enclosure), mounted to I/O connectors for

functional testing applications, or they can be incorporated into mechanical and vacuum fixing designs.
